Our 7-Step Quality Process
Every sourcing engagement follows the same documented flow. You can see where we are in the process at any point and what we are validating before we proceed to the next step.
Requirement Review
We review your part number, manufacturer, quantity, target delivery date, packaging preference and any special requirements (temperature grade, date code range, compliance). We document any specific inspection or documentation requirements you have before we start contacting suppliers.
Supplier Identification
We contact and collect offers from relevant suppliers in our network. Multiple sources are typically approached for each part to compare availability, pricing, packaging, date codes and documentation capability. This gives us a realistic market view rather than a single-point offer.
Supplier Verification
Before an offer is presented to you, we evaluate each supplier for trading history, documentation capability, packaging quality, market reputation and prior experience. We prefer suppliers who can provide supporting paperwork, clear packaging photographs and transparency on chain of custody.
Part / Packaging Verification
Where possible and on request, we review packaging photographs, label readability, reel/tube/tray condition, marking legibility, seal integrity and lot markings prior to shipment. Any visible concerns are communicated back to you before an offer is accepted or before shipment departs.
Documentation Review
We review the availability of documentation — including commercial invoices, packing lists, manufacturer labels, lot/date code information, available test reports, COCs and traceability paperwork. We share documentation with you before commitment if such documentation is available from the source.
Independent Inspection When Required
Independent third-party inspection can be arranged according to customer requirements — typically at an accredited laboratory specializing in electronic component inspection and counterfeit mitigation. This step is always optional and chosen by the customer based on the risk profile of the specific order.
Delivery
Once the goods are released, we pack and ship via international courier or your nominated forwarder, with tracking and full export/import documentation. We coordinate with you on commercial-invoice values, customs tariff codes and any additional paperwork needed for import clearance into Europe.
What We Verify
The following data points are confirmed and communicated when they are available from the supplier and packaging. Verification depth can be adjusted up or down based on your internal quality policy.
Part number
Matches the exact manufacturer part number specified on the order.
Manufacturer
Manufacturer branding, marking and origin label information.
Package
Physical package, pin count and mechanical outline versus datasheet reference.
Quantity
Count of units per reel, tube, tray and total shipment quantity.
Lot / Date Code when available
Lot, wafer lot, production date and week-code details when accessible from supplier or packaging.
Packaging condition
Tape condition, seal integrity, moisture-sensitivity labels, ESD bags and tray condition.
Documentation
Availability of invoices, COCs, test reports and supporting paperwork from the supply chain.
Supplier information
Name, location and traceable contact information of the supplier providing the material.
